Katolik Music, the operator of KMplay, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will pass the request on to Paddle on your behalf.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and you will continue to have Pro access until that date.
