These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KMplay (the "Service"), provided by Katolik Music ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

KMplay is a music streaming platform that lets listeners discover independent artists and lets artists upload and distribute their music. Some features require a paid Pro subscription.

2. Acceptance & Authority

By continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms, that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and distribute it solely to operate the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Katolik Music and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
